I recommend to start with a search in Google for the persons name to get the ball rolling. Maybe you will be one of the lucky ones that finds the information you need. If this does not work, move on to a free people search engine. There are many to choose from. Most of these search engines will find the persons name within the state provided. But don’t expect free results. As soon as you find the information you are looking for, the “free” search engine all of a sudden wants to charge you.
